The Harrison DNA Project and the patriarchs tree https://jhamedia.com/harrison-dna-home/harrison-pats/ have helped immeasurably in my search for my Lineage 39 Harrison ancestors. Thank you John Harrison

I've been searching for 30 years for positive evidence of the names of parents & siblings of my g gf, William Henry Harrison, who stated that he was born on 22 Jan 1846 in Pittsburgh, PA. Unfortunately all located records contain information that he provided, and begin with his enlistment in Co M of the 13th Indiana Cavalry in Clark Co, IN in 1864. I have not been able to positively identify him in any 1850 or 1860 Census within a family group. Family lore has it that he left home early due to family tensions he found unsavorable. He died 12 Sep 1916 and has a military marker in the Fairmount Cem, North Madison, Jefferson Co, IN between markers for his wife, Lydia (Stoner) and a daughter, Malinda (Harrison) Gordon.

His Find A Grave memorial is https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/38486564/william-henry-harrison I descend from his 6th child, William Henry Harrison Jr (1873-1956).
